Anna Paquin was a vision in red as she attended the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on January 19th. The tulle bow gown from the Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2020 Collection gave the True Blood actress a modern sophistication, while also leaving her supremely feminine. The Oscar-winning actress who played Peggy Sheeran in ‘The Irishman’ was nominated for “Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.” Not only do her accolades speak for themselves, but so did her Carolina Herrera gown at the award show.

The classicality of the dress is one of the many beautiful facets of the Pre-Fall collection inspired by Eva Gabor’s character Lisa Douglas in the 50’s sitcom ‘Green Acres’. Designed by Creative Director Wes Gorden, the Pre-Fall 2020 Collection was highly influenced by his relaxing weekend trips to his Connecticut home and his exploration of electrifying shapes and silhouettes.
